Affirmative Action Ban Rejected

This was a court ruling at the end of last year that once again puts Michigan in the spotlight for affirmative action practices.  As usual with these news, the comments section that follows also provide some interesting insight from readers.  Check out the article in the link below:

    Thank you for this article. A man by the name of Ward Connerly (from California) was the man behind the Affirmative Referendum in Michigan. From 2006-2010, he went around to a variety of states to get Affirmative Action bans passed. Interestingly enough, those people who he would employ were young, low-income minorities who didn't understand the petition they were trying to get people to sign.
